I am sorry that you got sick. Hopefully you have fully recovered. Sorry for the late response. I was traveling in India and internet was not very reliable. India was really good for me on a spiritual level. have you been there? I went to Dharamsala, where the Dalai Lama and many Tibetans reside and it was a highlight. I think that you would love it there. Everest base camp was also really great. I ended up staying there three days and I got a lot of great ideas and support for the foundation. now, I have a lot of work ahead of me. I cherish that conversation that we had that day, it definitely gave me strength to keep going with what I am doing. That is the amazing thing about tragedy/grief, you actually meet quite amazing people along the way. Particularmente actuamos juntos en la evacuación que mencionas en el glaciar del Torre, fui el segundo en llegar, porque estaba con mi grupo cerca de alli, Federico estaba inmobilizando la cabeza del accidentado, hicieron falta muy pocas palabras, eso fue sorprendente casi no nos conociamos, solo de hola y chau cruzandonos en los senderos; veniamos de reguiones distintas y de formaciones distintas (el de la EPGMT y yo de AAGM), pero manejabamos el mismo protocolo en esa situación, ya que yo llegue, le pregunté si se había comunicado CON PARQUES, reitere el llamada y empezamos a turnarnos en la mantención del accidentado, tanto de su calor (yo puse mi funda de vivac), como en el sosten de la cabeza (los dos sabiamos como hacer los cambios y movimientos), no hacía falta explicarnos nada, eso en el analisis posterior me sorprendio mucho, la importancia de manejar los mismos códigos. Fue una buena experiencia, y exitosa, y puedo afirmar que Federico era un profesional comprometido.
